So apparently, Past Eve thought it would be a good idea to announce on Twitter that, when I reached 2,000 followers, I would record myself singing a song and post it online.
Then I took it a step further–I decided I’d let my 2,000th follower decide what I sing.
Or rather, I’d let that person pick five songs, and let the rest of my friends and followers vote on what I’d ultimately sing.
The lovely Katie Cross won this dubious honour, and she has not let me down. Or she’s completely evil. I really can’t tell at this point. But here we are–the moment you’ve all (probably not) been waiting for! The moment when you get to decide how I embarrass myself online!

Voting ends two weeks from today (23 May 2014) to give everyone ample time to make up their minds, con friends into voting for their preferred song, and laugh at the idea of me singing online.
I’m not going to say anything like, “Go easy on me,” or “Be gentle,” because 1) you probably won’t, and 2) this will be way more amusing if everyone just has fun with it.
