So my Twitter pal, Michael Woods (@mrmikemyself), is putting together an anthology that he plans to title Freaks & Weeping Children…which is pretty much all the reason you need to submit a story to it. Of course, if you need more convincing, I’m prepared to offer it up. For instance:
You can have the story be about anything you want, in any genre, though the overarching theme of the anthology will be dark, so…have fun with that! (I know we will.)
You have a lot of wiggle room on the word count (anything from 2,000 words to 8,000 words)
Submissions are open until 28 February 2014, so you have time to come up with your idea, write it, decide you hate it, throw it out, write a new story, and send that in.
You’ll get a contributor copy of the ebook and a trade paperback! How awesome is that??
